Tracey Duffy leads the team specialising in medical device assessments and pre- and post-market surveillance of medical devices. She also leads the groups in charge of medical device and medicine testing. She is also the Management Committee member for Australia of the International Medical Device Regulators Forum.

Prof. John Skerritt’s role is threefold; he is the Deputy Secretary of Health in Australia, he is also the Head of the TGA and the Head of Australia’s Offices for Drug Control.

The TGA carries out a range of assessment and monitoring activities to ensure therapeutic goods available in Australia are of an acceptable standard with the aim of ensuring that the Australian community has access, within a reasonable time, to therapeutic advances.
