President of the Brazilian and Latin America Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, Eliana Silva de Moraes, joins the Editorial Board of the Journal of Medical Device Regulation
The Journal of Medical Device Regulation (JMDR) today announced that lawyer Eliana Silva de Moraes has joined the Editorial Advisory Board of the leading publication for medical device regulatory professionals. Eliana will thus be one of 11 leaders in the regulatory arena who help shape the JMDR’s editorial content.

Eliana Silva de Moraes has over 28 years’ experience in international food and drug law (pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetic, food sector) in Latin America, especially with strategic concepts for companies seeking to gain a presence in the Latin American and European markets. She is president of the Brazilian and Latin America Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (ABPVS), and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association as well as the Portuguese Bar Association. Eliana is a partner at the Brazilian law firm Silva de Moraes and she is a frequent and known speaker at regulatory affairs conferences worldwide.
